Start the microphone and pick a preset. If normal talking pushes the needle out of green, lower the sensitivity first. Perfect must sit below Too loud, and Too loud below Extreme.

Quick start
- Controls: Start the microphone and choose a scoring style. Pause during instructions. Use +1 or −1 to correct for unexpected sounds.
- Sound: Pick Quiet, Normal, or Group. If the needle jumps while you whisper, lower the sensitivity. Perfect is the target, Too loud starts the warning, and Extreme is the top zone.
- Rewards: Name the reward, set the starting and highest score, and customize each tier. Save the session when you're done.
- Student view: Hides the settings for projecting. Press Esc or Teacher view to bring them back.
- Phone remote: Teacher remote shows a QR code. Scan it to add points, remove points, or pause from anywhere in the room.
Suggested starting setup
Choose Normal classroom, test the microphone while speaking at a normal volume, then try a deliberately loud voice to set your boundaries. Try Quiet for independent work and Group for a livelier room. These are starting points, not decibel measurements.
Light and dark mode
Use the Dark or Light button at the top. Dark mode is easier on the eyes in a dim room with the projector on.
